Nature connection workshops usually last between 2-3 hours, though a longer session can be designed at your request. A nature connection event could be booked as part of a team Away Day, in conjunction with a workshop around sustainable business action or as an introduction to carbon literacy training.

This session provides an enjoyable and light-hearted way to connect with both your natural surroundings and with colleagues through invitations to notice the sounds, smells and sights of a natural spot.

With mounting evidence around nature improving wellbeing, this can boost morale amongst team mates, whilst providing a great introductory session to discussions around sustainability as a business.

These events do not require any prior knowledge or experience, simply a willingness to engage in something new and take the time to slow down and notice. These events take inspiration from slyvotherapy and forest bathing though connection to nature is innate across cultures.
